Major Problems in Pioneer Woodlands

1.Delayed turn over from Tower 1 to the on-going construction Tower 6

2. No amenities since moved-in last 2013.

3. No Title provided since full payment last 2013.

4. Filthy surroundings, the septic tank is visible at the condo entrance. (can you imagine that??)

5. Continuous increase in association dues with no amenities provided.

6. Towers 1 and 2 although with License to Sell, HLURB issued Cease and Desist Order last October 2013 and has not been lifted up to the present.

7. Continuous selling of Towers 3 to 6 with no Certicate of Registration and no License to Sell. Also with existing CDO issued October 2016 by HLURB.
